Yes, every product we sell is guaranteed to be 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the original manufacturers.
How long does shipping take within New Zealand?
We offer fast nationwide shipping. Standard delivery typically takes 1-3 business days for the North Island and 2-4 business days for the South Island.
What is your return policy for perfumes?
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of the products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original cellophane wrapping within 14 days of purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as popular buy-now-pay-later options like Afterpay and Laybuy, plus POLi internet banking.

To maintain the integrity of your fragrance, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom drawer.
Do you offer samples or decants?
We currently focus on full-sized retail bottles and gift sets to ensure the highest quality and presentation, though we occasionally offer official manufacturer miniatures.
