At Perfume NZ, your satisfaction is our priority, and we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused fragrances in their original packaging. We strive to make the return process as seamless as your shopping experience to ensure you find your perfect scent.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your perfume remains in its original, sealed cellophane wrapping and has not been sprayed, as we cannot accept returns for opened health and beauty products.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the correct shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in a sturdy box with protective cushioning to prevent breakage during transit, clearly marking the RAN on the outside of the package.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
